Its probably a joytech or formula brand hub. It's not really rebadged since there is no name on it. It is your typicaly loose-ball hub with rubber dust guards. It is adjusted by cone wrenches and will eventually require a good cleaning and regreasing.

Same goes for the 475 hub, only no rubber seals. This is an Alivio level hub. My old 475 rear hub was easily penetrated by water and it became pitted very quickly. I think that was an anomoly though. They aren't the greatest hubs, but they do the job. I have the same hubs on my Dew Deluxe and I don't really see any reason to change them unless I get ambitious and decide to build a light-duty 29er wheelset or a heavy duty 700c touring wheelset.
