I have built dozens and dozens of wheels over the years.

I am building my first set of asymetrical rims.

Race Face ARC Offest 30.

When measuring ERD( i get 598/599...claimed 600). They have a 4.5mm offest. When I enter the ERD into a spoke calculator, do I need to compensate for anything or is the ERD I measure the value I use.

For reference, will be building up I9 Torch, DT Comps, 12mm DT nipples.

I came up with 291 L, 289 R.

You need to adjust for the offset

ERD is the same you add and substract the offset from the hub dimensions, distance to left right flange
Also, off set goes different front wheel vs rear wheel
Otherwise it’s all the same

You did right.
For the front you swap de values of the offset, because the disc rotor on the front the short side is the NDS.

If all of your inputs are correct, I'd use 290 on both sides of that wheel.
