"it's never as easy as it's supposed to be."
meaning, something will come up. don't know what, but something won't fit something, or something will be buggered up or incomplete or wrong. sorry I can't be more specific, but mark my words and have a big hammer, a hacksaw, and a dremel tool handy just in case.
