When riding on rail trails for > 1hr I find my arms (more my elbows) get a bit sore/stiff during the ride. Could it be I'm putting too much pressure on the handlebars (due to improper position of seat and/or handlebars)?
When riding singletrack I don't experience this problem at all, as I'm constantly switching between sitting and the attack position with lots of other movement. However, on rail trails my position is pretty much fixed, though I try to stand up every now and then.
Would adjustments to the seat/handlebars negatively impact singletrack riding?
Any thoughts?
