These are the plans me and my 575 have:

Friday: I'm All-Greenbelting (paved path) this evening actually on my All-Road Scott road bike. Just 35 miles or so.

Saturday: All-REI Greeting Shifting this whole damn day. Ugh. :madman:

Sunday: All-Lift Riding most of this day at Brundage Resort near McCall, Idaho. Brundage is known more as a ski resort, but each summer they open up one quad lift on the weekends so we can ride down their sweet trails. Too much damn fun!
This is "Hidden Valley" up there:

Fortunately, my friend and his wife are camping up at Upper Payette Lake and they said I could crash at their campsite that weekend so I'll head over there after Brundage and spend the night.

Monday: Kinda up in the air. My original plan was to drive down to another resort (www.TamarackIdaho.com) to get in more All-Lift Riding, but now I'm gonna see if Jay and his wife want to do some AM'ing on the classic Loon Lake trail.

I'll unfortunately be All Backpacking this weekend up in Indian Peaks but I promise you that I'll be contemplating this new type of riding, because I have been riding my bike for 10 years on the same trails with no travel and never needed to call it anything blah blah blah...::

Enjoy Independence Day

unfortunately, no. i'm going to try a nice easy road ride on for size though, and see if i can do it without the hand causing to much agony. the dislocation isn't now so painful, it's the tendon deep gash and associated sutures that hurts most. at least they aren't on the palm where i'll be gripping the bars. and it'll be on the fixie, with the brake lever setup for the other hand if i need it.
