they're not UST
they are tubeless ready, which means you need sealant and possibly a rim strip
tubeless ready is basicly a regular tire with a ust type bead
500g is pretty light, the biggest problem Ive had with light tires is the sidewalls are not so tough
real UST tires are airtight, they have an extra rubber coating that adds weight and strength

do you have UST rims?
if you have UST rims then you can use any tire, a ust tire will be tubeless, wont need sealant and wont need a rim strip
you can also use tubeless, tubeless ready, TLR, 2Bliss, etc. they all require a sealant
and you can use regular tires with tubes

there are 3 types of tubeless
UST, has special bead and airtight layer of rubber
tubeless, etc. has bead but needs sealant and maybe rim strips
ghetto tubeless, regular tire & rim with sealant and rim strips

most people use sealant even in UST for puncture protection
UST is probably the most durable and heaviest
tubeless , etc. is the most effective as far as lower weight and better traction (due in part to the thinner casing) but the sidewalls are weaker
Ghetto is the cheapest and least safe method but alot of people have had great sucess
