Are e-bikes allowed at Erie Singletrack Sunset Open Space?

I recently saw a post on an eMTB site from about a year ago that said Erie had changed their policy to allow e-bikes on open space trails but the Town of Erie web site on their page for Erie Singletrack Trails at Sunset Open Space has a list of prohibited items and the first on the list is No Motorized Equipment. Trailforks shows e-bikes are allowed but I know that may not be accurate. Does anyone have firsthand knowledge on whether or not e-bikes are allowed at Erie Singletrack Trails?
