The geometry can be changed by fitting rear shock of different eye to eye lengths. Even with the same shock the geometry can be changed by bolting it to the two different eyes on the swing arm.

The frame remains the same either way.

Clear as mud right. :)

This probably goes without saying but keep in mind that the geometry of the different sized Prophets can be significantly different within the line. i.e. medium frame vs an extra large.

However I expect that a medium in year 2005 is the same as a 2008 model.

Do all prophets frames use a standard 135mm mtb rear hub.....

Kinda yes, they're all 135mm hubs (IIRC), but the "MX" Prophets had a 12mm bolt thru rear end, where-as all the rest (including the "X" versions) were std QuickRelease (by 135mm).

150mm is usually reserved for full on DH bikes.

Ok, but what are these limited edition "Wizard" Prophets with the cool-ass wizard on the toptube?

Someone explain.

stop replying if you're not sure.

the 4x is the same as a mx frame, meaning the only difference is a thru12 axle, iscg tabs and an extra gusset up front for extra strength due to the ability to handle 160mm forks. That's it. The geo is 100% the same
