I bought one of those myself- people in the office couldn't understand why I'd buy my own stapler...stumonky said:Collect red staplers.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Don't know what I'd do if I didn't have my earbuds in. Pandora/Grooveshark bring me through, 'til I can eat dinner and ride to forget the monotony of every day at work.castnpedal said:My iPod gets me through the the day, occassional glimpses of one of the few attractive 'items' in the office doesn't hurt, keeping my head down to avoid the constant 'dumb' that is occurring around me is a necessity.
I am a newbie here, my name is Andrea. I work in an office, at my husband's and our business pretty much 7 days a week, 8 hours a day. I don't like it all too well (I hate sitting still) but working out at the gym for an hour 3 days a week, running with Team13 (a group associated with the Y in Evansville IN) 3 times a week, biking and rollerblading, kick boxing every chance I get, it all keeps my sanity pretty much in tact, or at least what's left of it :thumbsup:rallyraid said:That's the antithesis of mountain biking right there. Sitting in front of a computer under fluorescent lights, clicking away at the keyboard. So how do you cope, besides drugs and alcohol?![]()
Ride a longer loop to get there. My ride is 23 miles but if it were < 5 I'd probably ride at least 10 each way.mb-matt said:I'm stuck in my cube till 5:00 5 days a week. Bike ride to work saves some sanity but it's a shame that it's only 1mile to work.
