I'm using Stan's with Cinders but not on the Mavic wheels. They're still holding air 4 months after their last fill up.

I just started the process with 2.25 Cinders on Mavic 517s last night. I used Maxxis rim strips and the tires held air even w/o the Stans, though the tire did bleed pressure over the course of a few hours. The bead on the Cinders is plenty tight so the Stans should seal up the tires completely.

I have been using Cinder 2.25 on my back wheel for almost two years. Mounts super easy and yet to have a "burp" during ride. It's on my Macvic 819 & Crossmax XL rim without rim strip. I wouldn't do a drop great that 4ft+ on any UST or tubeless setup. Too damn risky...
