Trails.com is the other way you can get the chapters from my guidebook, if you don't want to buy the whole darned thing. My last sales report from the publisher said about 300 people downloaded chapters from it in the past 6 months, so I know someone out there finds it a more useful format than a big-ass perfect-bound heavy brick.
