I don't have a road bike yet. You can access trails/fire roads thru/behind the college that go all the way to Wilder. I was just hoping for a guide, since I've only done it one time.

Just got back from a week in Santa Cruz. The weather was phenomenal. Bummer I didn't have time to ride though. If you want the misty, foggy ocean air, you'll have to get up early. The fog was burning off fast or didn't exist at all much of the time I was there. But 75 and an ocean breeze will beat this valley heat any day.....
