Anyone remember what the name of the spinner is that allows you to move it side to side? I remember seeing the ads for it at the top of the page all of the time proclaiming it as the "evolution of spinners" and stuff like that. Anyone know or remember? Thanks!

A spin bike as in spin class? A trainer or rollers? A fishing lure? Obviously I can't help you but I don't know what a spinner is.

It is a spin bike, or a stationary bike. The reason I ask this is because I have been riding for about 10 years now and hopped on my fiance's health club membership during this winter. I figured this would be a great idea since I normally hang the bikes up for the most part except for a couple random rides in the snow with a few friends. Anyways, I have always heard about spin classes and I signed up for one. I must say that it was a learning experience to say the least. I am one of those guys that only likes to be pedalling and stuff if I am actually going somewhere. The thought of staying in one place, not being able to hop curbs, dodge trees, etc... just makes my brain numb. And as I found out last night at class, I had a hard time hopping out of the saddle without damn near killing myself. I tend to work the bike a bit more, hence where the problem comes in. I am sure after a couple more classes things will be ok. Anyways, I have frequented this site thousands of times but never had an account until the other day. Always on the top banner they advertised a spin bike that allowed the "bike sway" movement for when you hop out of the saddle. I always thought to myself "what kind of idiot would want one of those". Well, I guess this idiot.
