I came across a guy that has new wheel sets hand built for great prices. Anyone bought from him or know that he is on the up and up. His name is Frank and his e-mail is [email protected]. He has wheels on MTBR classifieds. Just wondering there so many scammers out there.

to have a rim built at the LBS (ask for best shop around your area).....would still be the safest bet
