I've got an unusual beast that has been a paper weight these past 6 years. Custom Salsa stem for 1" threadless and 26.0 bar clamp that was supposed to go on a cross bike, but I f'ed up the dimensions when I ordered it from Ross and got exactly what I asked for which was way too tall for me. So, if any of you want this stem, it's yours to the PM or e-mail that puts it to the best (IMO) use. I might ask for some token bit to pay for shipping, but that's minor. Here's the photo with dimensions. It'll also work fine in a 1" threaded fork with a 7/8" quill to 1" threadless adapter.

I may have eventually used it on my SS Slingshot project...

Well, now I know who to hit up for a drop bar stem!

Offer up a free part (something small, but vintage useful), and give it to the person that has the best intentions for it!

I gave up a vintage Deore XT rear der. and Manitou 1 elastomers last week...should have made them work for it!

I didnt even realize I was jumping on it so quickly. I just popped on here, saw the stem and asked if he still had it.... That stem on my Ritchey isnt the prettiest, I was gonna try and pop this bad boy on it. But a Salsa on a Ritchey might clash. What do you guys think??

but no... seriously; if it doesn't build BEAUTIFULLY you could pass it on to my mikkelsen. she will taste wonderfull w/a salsa. and it's the right size....
