Maybe call the police and ask if one has been reported stolen recently.
anyone missing a Litespeed?
I've seen this little tweeker dude riding a 58-62cm red Litespeed around my neighborhood the past week or so. Obviously not his, seat slammed and can still barely reach the pedals. I didn't get a look at components, but there's not a lot of those anymore. North Phx, 35th&Deer Valley area.
