Has to be yellow?
Tifosi has one that goes from pale grey to clear (<10%). I use them on night rides
Or are you looking for darker?

Julbo

Julbo makes some great photochromatic lenses with a yellow base tint - the zebra lens. It is polycarbonate with an anti fog lens treatment. The lens transitions from light to dark and back quickly. It is perfect for early mornings in the woods where other sunglasses would be too dark. Between the frame design, lens venting, and anti fog coating, my Julbos don't fog. But I haven't tried them with a face mask yet. The Race and the Contest models are both designed for trail running and biking, and fit great under a helmet. I've read the paint on the Dirt model scratches easily, but my Races show no signs of wear.
