Some time ago I was looking at the Cannondale website (North America) and seen a 35th Anniversary link. It turned out to be a dead link and disappeared when I looked again. Dan Gerous mentioned a 35th anniversary Rush so I went to google and found this:

CANNONDALE Rush 35th Anniversary LTD 1
price £4199.99

CANNONDALE Rush 35th Anniversary LTD 2
price £2399.99

hehehe

I just talked to a Cannondale rep today, and he's not your 2 bit know nothing rep either, he's the real deal. Anyway here's the news as of now. The rush will come in a carbon verson. Now how that carbon is going to be done is not known as of yet, he's seen to many different protos to determin it. He also said to look out for carbon across the entire mountain bike line. What does that mean? Well i'd bank on a 6/13 hartail, possibly a 6/13 scalpul, that carbon rush, and just mabey a 6/13 1FG! On the prophet mx, well i've got a hunch that cannondale will be smart and put a longer stroke shock on it, upping the travel to about 160:thumbsup: . Thats speculative though, but if their smart they'll do it, and cannondale has been really smart as of late. We'll know more details in a couple weeks.

I'm going to buy a Rush but now may wait for the 2007s. What is a guess on how much a carbon verson would cost and weigh? Also in links above the LTD1 does not have Shimano shifter and other components. My guess is the later Rushes will since the redesigned line is not out yet. The bikes above are not proto types but bikes you can pre order.

Carbon, things are getting interesting..:) .thanks for the post Fooly_CoolyOo .

What is so Limited about the 35th aniversery rush....apart from the black crossmax sl....?

The rest is just high end of the shelf components........

At least on my Jekyll 30th aniversery goodboy the crank arms and hubs have 30th aniversery engraved on them and the whole xtr group is pollished up to denoted its limited status.......:D
