Close but not quite yet. Warm weather last week got rid of most of the snow but left lots of mud. Western slopes of Cedro should be dryer than Otero. Cedro usually drys out first.

I was expecting a little better conditions in Cedro, But not the case. Trail from the bottom lot gets muddy right away. The road up to 4 hills is dry, after that muddy. There is a new PL-TH for Coyote. Ran into it about 1/2 mile up from the lower PL by the highway. Rest rooms, large lot, picnic tables. Pretty nice.
