Just wondering if it would make a marked improvement or if I'd just be wasting my time/$$.

I like the fork (aside from the little squishy noises it makes).

I think I just want it to feel like a more expensive fork. :thumbsup:

I wouldn't bother. You can get a used Reba probably for not much more than a rebuild from HT. My LBS charges $60 including most parts for a Reba rebuild. I sent my Duke to them for a rebuild, and they wanted like $180. I only paid $220 for that fork new.

Reba will give you dual air over the Tora, so you can tweak its feel six ways from Sunday. I run mine with low negative and positive pressure to make it super plush.
