Specifically, I'm thinking of ordering these Thule racks from them, but I couldn't find any mention of this shop in this forum.

Any experiences you'd like to share about them would be appreciated, and especially if you've ordered from Canada.

Yes, in fact I just bought a heart rate monitor from them through their ebay presence. I ordered it Wednesday and received it Monday, which I say is outstanding. Note they use both names bicycle-source.com and bicyclesource.us.
