Your like a freakin broken record.

I am thinking that Lowell will be good tomorrow... but Russell Mill is likely awesome. Sunday even better.

Was at HP on wednesday before the warm up. Most everything was broken out. Fireroads are middle ring but singletrack is almost ALL granny! The track is narrow and most of the potholes are from bikers who drift from the center (which I did alot!)..snow is still thigh deep and soft but what is packed is ridable (but slow). Lots of trees bent down that require slow speed negotiation. What can be covered in 15 mins bare ground takes more than double now! Completely different type of riding. Conditions at Newfields are SUPERIOR and worth the drive for me, although it will be interesting to see how this 2 day melt stretch treats the trails.

which side did you ride on, the rocky side or the state police side?
I was at Ft rock last week and it sounds very similar, 14" singletrack with foot holes on both sides. good training
just got back from HP and Lowell/ dracut
HP is a mess, dont think we'll be riding there for awhile. still have a couple of feet of snow
some trails barely packed down

lowell is about the same with less snow
Compared to Fort Rock (Newfields) HP is a waste of time. Yesterdays conditions at Newfields were incredible, good singletrack (good balance training) and the snomo trails were INCREDIBLE, smooth and rippping fast. Im stuck local during the week and will check back at HP occasionally before the weekend. Anyone know how willowdale is doing?
