I'd be surprised if it was dry. I rode it last year at the beginning of August after several weeks of almost no rain and there was still some pretty muddy sections. With the weather we've been having I expect it to be a bit of a swamp.

you must have been there earlier than beginning of August, i got my new bike just before an August civic holiday last year and took it there for a test ride. the trail was surprisingly dry.

you right, though, it dries very slow. on a couple of occasions i got caught there during a short rain, there was not a dry spot on a trail even after few hours after the rain passed.
