No experience with that particular one, but have used brake boosters of other design and material (particularly Shimano carbon versions). Still have them on a few bikes lacking a sufficient brace on the seatstays to help stiffen up the rear brake; on older forks they sometimes were needed too, but none of my newer forks do I find them useful. If you have need of a stiffer brake interface, they should help.
RB Design is small Slovak company specialized on milled bike components, that are used by biketrial world champions. http://www.rbdesign.sk/en/en_index.htm
They also developed their own and patented freewheel system Rollin' Roll based on needle rollers rather then commonly used ratchet/pawls http://www.rbdesign.sk/en/anim.htm
(click to Volnobeh = freewheel, Zaber = engaging movement).
I have only RB Design seat clamp Close-1, it's beautiful piece of workmanship and 'new edge' design. I'm pretty sure you will not be disappointed with the brake booster.
