That'd be fun!

To do it on the cheap, use the limit screws to lock your derailleur in place.

It's hard to find a quality tensioner, maybe this guy: https://www.paulcomp.com/shop/components/drivetrain/chain-tensioner/melvin-chain-tensioner/

I used a short cage Ultegra derailleur, using the limit screws back in 2003-2004 on my single speed Rampage bike. Worked flawless, otherwise there's dedicated tensioners out there you could use.

I was looking at the SB One. On their site it says good for 14 or 15T cogs. I don’t know if that means their cogs or any cog in general but I would be running 19-21T.

Someone posted this a while back with the SB One. Ryan Sullivan?

Seems the SB One doesn’t have room for cogs over 15T.
