Looking for a Romic spring in the range of 350 to 450 pounds, in a 2.0 or 2.25 stroke. 2.5 might possibly fit. I called Romic and they have springs for $50, which is nuts, I paid $40 for the shock!

I also tried a spring for a vivid, and the inside diameter is the same, but a vivid spring is longer. The Romic 2.0 spring is 4 inches long, and the vivid spring in a 2.0/2.25 is 5 1/4.

What kind of bike and how much do you weigh. I'm looking into purchasing a romic for my 5 inch trail bike. I weight 140 pounds and I'm not sure what spring rate I would need.
