Title says it all. None of the local LBS's use one and I have a curiosity about something that I need the chart to figure out.
A high-res picture or a scan would be killer, but all I really need is a few numbers off of it.

Not really. I do not know what you are looking for. I read the title as access to the calculator.

I guess understanding the title takes knowing such an animal exists:
DT Swiss makes a spoke length calculation chart. It is a large (poster-sized), hard-copy table (chart) that is used to look up spoke lengths.
It looks like this:

You in particular may be interested in the answer to the question I have, but I will reserve further explanation until I can find that answer. ;)
