After about six months on my Spider 2 works, my nylon biking shorts have turned a third of the top tube a little more shiny than the rest of the frame. This happen to anybody else? Should I worry?

All my raw Intense bikes have received a polish after a good bit of riding. Nothing to worry, it just adds character!

Get some oven cleaner with caustic soda in it. Spray it on, leave for a few mins then thoroughly wash off. It won't be axactly like the original raw finish, but very very similar.
