Any rides planned this weekend around Vegas? Should we start a group this weekend? I'm game for anything. A good stroll around the Bootleg epic might be nice. E! and I rode it last weekend and test rode the new connector from Caldera to Inner Caldera. I think we did it in 45 minutes while enjoying fava beans and coffee (inside joke for E!). It was more like 1:36.

And let's keep the other "S-word" out of this thread, please!

Soccer is at noon saturday. It is the last game for the winter.
Yes, the new trail sure does save time off of ernies to caldera. It's nice to get that straight shot out of caldera loop.
Just watch out, you might run over a HOCKEY MASK! (sorry,had to do it.)

Well I'm going out to bootleg this Sat morning at 8:30 with a newbie to teach some skills (not that I have any myself). Planning to go up GS to Caldera backword to the new crossover to the Inner Caldera and hopefully down West-Mother-POW.

Anyone up for Cottonwood on Sunday? But I'm open for anything except the S-word.

Sounds good. I have to get by bike running though. I smashed my large chainring on a rock and bent it pretty good. I am trying to pull it off and put the bash guard back on but I wil have to see if the other parts of the drivetrain are damaged. I will repost later on to let you know.

Well, it was a good ride on Sunday. It's nice to have a little extra time to ride lately......I needed it. And somehow I managed to jab something really hard into the back of my thigh. I'm still limping and not sure what it was. Well as long as I have all my teeth, then I'm good. I'm not into "Somer' Teeth".

Joshua - I hope you didn't miss the big chainring.

As you may have noticed, there was no need for it as I couldn't seem to get enough speed to use it. I need to lay off the beer, crappy food, and start running or something. That was rediculous.
