I seem to have a very small space, but equal, on both side of the pads. The new rotor has a very slight warp, but so small I can't really see it. I have to listen for it to hit the pads.

Is there anyway to increase this pad gap just a little?

I have tried various realignments of the caliper using different parts of the rotor. Didn't help.

I repositioned the rotor on the wheel. Didn't help.

I pushed the pads all the way out (new pads). Didn't help.

I tried to bed the pads in a bit with 3 stops from 20 mph. Didn't help.

I could take the rotor back, but I have had rotors that were in worse shape work fine on other brakes.
