Any truth to rumor about hurt rider at Skyline

Heard a rumor that a 17 year old crashed real hard off Skyline Drive near Back Beach in Wanaque on Sunday or Monday. They had to rescue him and remove trees to get to him. Crashed into a tree at speed and cracked his helmet. Don't know if this is true or what. If it is hope everyting is okay. Anybody hear anything.
