Hey, so I've got a chance to get an internship in Roseau (for Polaris) this summer and I'm wondering if there is any decent riding near there. I know some people would view it as twisted priorities but I'm not gonna pursue this thing any further if I can't ride.

Nothing official. There may be some forest roads or snowmobile trails, but no official singletrack up that way. Maybe someone will post up some hidden gem, but don't hold your breath. The Twin Cities have a lot of singletrack and Duluth does also. There area also some singletrack near Grand Rapids also in Northern MN. Most is quite a drive away. Sorry to burst your bubble. It is nice up that way and it sound like an interesting internship. MIght be worth it even if you have to give up a summer of singletrack. Good luck!
