Looking to do my first bikepacking trip this summer and most of the terrain is either gravel or road so I'm thinking giving a rigid fork a try. I will need it to have a tapered steerer, 15*100 axle (non boost) or quick release as a have an adapter. Any ideas?
Thanks.

I put a carbon fiber fork on my adventure bike and am happy with that choice. I was concerned about not having any suspension but it turns out the 3" x 27.5 plus tires and carbon fork work well. You just can't go fast downhill. I am OK with that. The bike is great for climbing mountains.
