I don't know of any shock pump that doesn't come with a "no bleed valve" these days, but schrader valves tend to vary from shock to shock, so you won't always get the perfect bleedless detachment. For the most part, though, they're all good, and they're all mostly rebadged versions of the same few pumps.

The one I've found that works best is sold under multiple brands and involves a pretty novel little head design with a manual valve stem depresser. Here's a review of it:

I have the pump shown above - the rebadged Performance version and it bites. I can't get it to pump above 150psi without bleeding somewhere in the connection between the pump and the stainless hose. It works fine up to 150psi but won't go above it on the one that I have.
If you take it back in, chances are they'll replace it, even without a receipt. Performance is pretty good about that. I use mine regularly to take my rear shock up to 235 psi, and it's never even hinted at leaking.

i bought the one BlackCat linked to...

from the lbs, since they said thats the one they use. but the nozzle is too fat to go all the way into my spv valve hole. consequently it wont do the spv! so i returned it. the other kinds they use in the shop had a longer nozzle that didnt interfere with going all the way into hte spv valve area. but alas, none in stock at the time.

something to consider i guess.
