hey have any of you had problems after you dislocated your shoulder...... does it still hurt you once in awhile or make sounds of sum kind. get stiff or anything once in awhile...? Asking cuz in late june i dislocated my shoulder n went to the docs to get it checked out n they said it was perfectly fine but once in a while it bugs me... is it normal.?

i F'ed mine up a few years ago and the only time it hurts anymore is when i lawndart right onto it......

maybe i should give it a little bit of a break then...i gve it about week after i dislocated it n then i was hard at it again... i have taken sum spils n bashed it few times . maybe ill pop by the physio place n check that out maybe acupunture...... some nice ppl in there..
