I live in LA, so Southridge was pretty convenient, but now I found out I can't go no the 21st... Any more races this season in SoCal within 2 hours of W. LA?

There is the Bonelli race which is next saturday. Good course I just hope it doesnt rain next week. If you want to head up to BB, do the AM Cups. Maybe southridge will do the Summer Series also?

besides Fontuckey that I know of are put on by http://www.teambigbear.com and http://www.rimnordic.com.

Personally, I think the Rim Nordic people put on much better races for less money than Big Bear.

off-road dualthlon and triathlon next weekend

Hey Rustyb.,
How's it going? I don't know if you're interested in duathlons and triathlons, but next weekend is a big Xterra event with a duathlon (run-bike-run) on Saturday, and a triathlon (swim-bike-run) on Sunday. I'll be there supporting my cousin, and my husband and I will be camping down there for the weekend. I wanted to do the duathlon myself, but my shoulder is just not up for it yet.
This is all trail stuff,BTW.
