Miyatas are cool. Its a higher end model with lugs. Its not a road bike. And its pre 93 (the unofficial VRC cutoff?) Sure. Post up some pics.

I have 2 of the earlier versions, all 6spd XT, RM20s, Ubrake under chainstay. One I raced on for 6+ years, the other got for $80 and it's all original.

I had a Miyata TripleCross ('performance' hybrid) with a very similar 'SplineTripleButted' frame, I was almost tempted to cut the frame in half (it was a $5 yard sale find) just to see what that meant, in the end I put an STX/XT/XTR mix on it, a set of road wheels a customer no longer wanted and flipped it for $400 - I guess somebody loves them!

Looks great. I have a soft spot for Ridge Runners, mainly that one and the black/yellow ones. A good friend worked for Miyata back in the day and rode them exclusively. Sadly he passed away about five years ago. I keep my eye out for one of those from time to time.
