Very rare and absolutely one-of-a-kind bike.

Size large.

I built this bike for myself late last July.

RockShox Monarch RT3 in 200 x 57 gives you 140mm of rear travel.

I had envisioned a number of sandy/desert rides where the plump rims and tires would be a big benefit. In the 8+ months that I've owned this bike, I haven't touched (or seriously considered) *any* of those rides.

In fact, I simply haven't ridden it much to speak of.

28t Wolftooth wide/narrow ring up front, with integrated Wolftooth bashguard.

The top-shelf component spec is still in excellent condition.

Wheels = DT Swiss hubs laced with butted DT spokes and DT Prolock alloy nips to a crisp set of Velocity P35 rims.

The arch on the 140mm travel RockShox Revelation fork has been milled to give tire clearance.

Stealth Reverb, 125mm of drop.

Brand spankin' new ENVE sweep bars, and a brand spankin' new trigger shifter.

Maxles on both ends of the bike.

Brakes are Hayes Prime Comp, 7" front and 6" rear.

As new this is a $6100 bike. Selling it now for $4525. Damn near perfect condition, as obvious from the above pics.

Pedals not included.

The above price assumes local pickup.

Want it shipped to the lower 48? Sure--figure roughly $150 for packing/shipping via Fed Ex Ground.

Can be seen/test ridden in Grand Junction, Colorado. Please email in advance to arrange an appointment:

In the event that it isn't obvious*, this is a 29+ bike that can be run as a normal 29"er any time you like, simply by putting smaller tires on it.

*Based on the number and kind of emails I've been getting, it wasn't.
