I placed an order from Gretnabikes, unfortunatelly there was a missing part on my order.
Todd inmediatelly answered my emails and handled the situation. He get me the missing part and send it me by UPS.
He even included a free pair of Lupine socks!!!
That kind of service is the one that will get me back on Gretnabikes whenever I need products or service from them !!!:thumbsup:
