Picked up a Yeti 575 over the winter. Love riding it, but I'm constantly fighting various squeaks and creaks. The one constant noise is more of the squeak variety. I thought is was coming from my right pedal (Crank Bros 5050xx), but after switching to clipless, it still makes the noise. It is always when I hit the top of the pedal stroke (right side) and begin to push down.

I've had the bottom bracket and pivots checked but it keeps on going......squeak.....squeak......squeak. Wondering if it could be in the suspension (RP23/Vanilla 32 RC)?

On a related note, the loudest "creak" was fixed by removing the derailer hanger, applying a thin coating of grease between it and the frame, and tightening it back on. Odd, but it worked.

My 575 has an annoying little squeak that comes from the rear shock, an RP23. Mine only squeaks when the ProPedal is ON, when the lever is flipped off the squeak goes away. Just like yours it squeaks at the top of each pedal stroke.

I remember reading about that in another thread. I'm going to try that next time out.
