Pick it up today,
It's an amazing frame looking at every details DT has put on this Bike.
Just by looking, you know it is worth it.
Now, I will just stare at it for the time being while the machine shop at the office haven't completed my press tool for the lower headset and BB30.
Sorry, no other pictures for now;)

Not sure if its a May discount, but PB is too good enough for me,
Probably because I ordered a total of 5 Turner frames from them including the 2 for my friend ;-)

Pressed the headset and the BB with my new tool and everything work as plan.
Now I run into my first challenge, the XX1 crank with 32T Wolftooth ring hits the chainstay metal plate.
I am not sure if the wolftooth is too far inwards or I need to go 30 or 28 ring😭

What tooth count are you guys are Using?

You need plenty of clearance. I am running a 36t raceface NW single in the middle ring position on an xtr tripple, praxis bb. I have 2-3mm clearance but it was still too close to the chainstay. After hammering on it for a bit there was enough flex to make contact and now my metal protector has a nice crease in it. No biggie but i have a 34t on the way.

Thanks TPC,
I figure out that a direct mount Wolftooth ring wont work on an XX1 crankarm due to different clearance or chainline.

That explains why a spider is included in the XX1 arm for a reason. Will try out tomorrow at my LBS if an XX1 ring mounted on the spider resolves the issue which I believe it is most likely.

My original plan is to build a hybrid 1x10 drivetrain that I can swap rings with my other bikes. Now it's not going to happen.

Below shows is a 10s X.O crankarm and an XX1 with the spider interface.

Lessons learned; the direct mount Wolftooth ring will only work on GXP cranks.

Its confirmed, a 34T XX1 ring clears with about 3mm clearance.

Just to clarify, and sorry if this is being rhetorical, but a 168 q factor XX1 with direct mount 32T does not clear the ds chainstay?
