Nice. Are those reba 120's? How are you finding them on the climbs?
Cool to see a flux with a heavier duty wheelset.

noice. had my blue flux out last nite under the moon. blast of a bike.

you must be taking that thang down some DH tracks with that front rotor, flats and tires? how big are the rubbers?
you are damned rigth, but i had that stuff in stock so it is more solid than XC-orientated:

- Mavic Crossline wheelset
- Avid Juicy 7 - 203/185
- Rock Shox Reba Race 20mm TA
- Schwalbe Fat Albert 26 x 2,35"
- XT gruppo throughout
- Chromag bars, seat QR, Ranger stem

Chris

Exactly - Reba Race 120mm TA - real fun on the climbs, usually my Highline does that, too...but the Flux is kind of more lightweight.

I do have to admit, that my focus was on a solid wheelset - the Mavic Crossline+Fat Albert - a good workhorse for my next trip over the alps in summer!

Cheers,

Chris

interested to hear what you think, agree with swan. might try to beef up flux myself and move to 120 or adjust fork and 2.2 rubber. actually like the mild gnar on the flux as is, but yours should be more flowy on the downs.

which rotor size do you run on your flux?

i am aware that my current combo 205/185 is a bit on the torture side, and i also detected, that the 185mm rotor "bends" the rear drop out, you can feel and see it...

so might 185/160 work better?

thanx,

Chris
