Have you tried the sport legs yet? I have a bunch of samples but am waiting to test them till after strength training and endurance stuff.

Unless my math is poor--it may very well be--there are only 10 servings per 16oz. container of the Liquid calcium; whereas Sportlegs has 40 servings.
I'm the last to do the New Thing, yet after reading all the unsolicited comments regarding Sportlegs below, tried Sportlegs for the first time today on a race-effort 2.5hr ride and was extremely impressed. I rode at least one gear higher than normal and made a personal record-time up a particular 3 mile climb. I only hope I can feel like this next Sunday.
