I know you guys are great with customer service--give us the staright dope when will we see them if we pre-ordered?? first it looked like this week, now next..

The week of the 17th we will be shipping out all pre-orders

Thanks for being patient. We just moved this past weekend into our new facility and are trying to catch up with everything.

All Air 9 frames that were pre-ordered will be shipped on the week of the 17th of July. We will do our best to get out as many as possible and hopefully most of the frames that have been pre-ordered will get to their new owners by that weekend.

congrats on the move (I am guessing it was a good thing)---I cannot wait to get on the air9 and hang up my KM, the quick response is what I am so impressed with--it seems like everyone has a good niner cust. service story very important to me after being d*#ked around by some custom builder types
