Probably other suppliers have them too, but most any LBS can get one from QBP, a major wholesaler.

Lbs...qbp...

LBS - local bike shop
QBP - wholesaler of bike parts that most bike shops buy their products from... they put out a catalog that bike shops use to order their products. the adapter would be in the catalog.

On another note: The adapter from a rockshox SID fork (1999-2000) is the same and your bike shop may have one of those in stock. I've had both and the SID worked better than the Marz version on my xfly.
