Hey any imput on this would be appriciated. At the moment I have a 2001 Sugar 1 with a SID race rear shock. I really like the way the sugar rides - but I do not like the back shock and would like a little more rear suspension. I thought about getting a cloud nine rear for the sugar. that would be 225 with their trade in. today a buddy offered me his 2001 Superlight frame with a cloud nine for 350 (just back from the shop with new bearings and bushings). it's my size. what do you all think? how do the superlights hold up? I'm on a grad school budget so there is no way I could get a new frame. I ride xc, am 6'4 and about range between 180 and 190. I am not interested in jumps and like to race.

I went from a Fisher to a Superlite. The geometry differences alone are worth making the change. It is a very lite frame. I would go for it, especially at that price
