Last Saturday I went to Rockville with Likes2Ride and we discovered a new addition in the main parking lot - a ticket kiosk requiring all park attendees to pay $3/day per person (and $2/day per dog - ???) to get in. Yearly passes are around $30. A sign on the kiosk says starting 1/1 you must carry your pass and photo ID in the park at all times, which shouldn't be too hard for rangers to enforce b/c the park is small and many areas are accessible by the ranger trucks. So, this is a heads up that the free Rockville lunch is over. Don't forget to bring your quarters next time.
