It depends what the current mount and adapter are at the rear of your bike.

Hi all, i replaced sram brakes and disks 180mm with shimano xt with 203mm rotors. I have one og this SM-MA-F203P/PM Adapter for Front 203mm
Do i have to buy the same model for installing the rear caliper or is there a spefic model for rear?

i have no adapters anche i have post mount.i installed that adapter on the front. just wondering if i have to buy the sameIt depends what the current mount and adapter are at the rear of your bike.

If you have a 180mm rotor without an adapter and you want to increase the the rotor size to 203mm, that is the adapter you need to use, it can be used on front and rear post mounts.
