Adapter for Avid Calipers and Maitou fork

I just bought avid mechanical disk brakes with 185mm rotors...Does anybody know where I can find the adapter for my Manitou minute fork? Apparently the 160mm rotors work without the adapter, but an after market one is needed for the larger rotors. I've called around everywhere without success (including avid). Thanks for your help
