It seems like there is a pretty healthy laundry list of aches and pains that people have on the forum. If there is enough interest, we can easily do a seminar at the studio (middle of a bagel of course), that would address:
1) Where joint pain comes from.
2) How the aches and pains affect your riding.
3) The best ways to address this on your own.
4) How to prevent the muscle imbalances that cause joint pain
5) Injury prevention
We could do it mid to late January on a Saturday afternoon. We can also include a nutrition component if there is an interest.
